I really really believe stronger that some JR is better than massive JS iwth no JR...all that high JS does is make you jack and miss while costing a bunch of salary and eating cap.

All I can say is Kawagichi playing in the JBBL is hitting 44% this season, Kawaida 43%, Konoe 50%, Umari who has some JR is still only 50% and Chihiro Okita who had lots only hit 45% last season. Also your guy Alpár Göncz who has JR wondrous is only hitting 43%, so the facts constantly disagree but I know lots of people that believe in ghosts, fortune telling and UFOs as well.

If you want to play well, you need JR, not just a bunch of useless JS. you are overpaying. IF you have good FG%s its cuz yo uare shooting all layups. That only proves that you know how to select LI on the tactics page. It says nothing of quality about your players. Beat a defending b3 champ then talk to me about training quality. 'nuff said.

According to you. Lots of people disagree...
And thanks for the chest-beat. Always provides a laugh.

Did not say that chief. Did insinuate that the majority don't think JS is "worthless".

Yet again... according to *you*.

I do wish you'd stop passing off the World According to Wolph as *fact*.
There isn't just *one* way to succeed in this, surely that's apparent by now.

I never said JR doesn't affect 3s, I said you can have a great FG% without it and have a much cheaper player. For example if I raised the JR from current levels to say wondrous on my three guys.

Noritada Konoe (18297019) goes from $32,096 to $64,328.
Daisaku Kawaida (16975170) goes from $30,210 to $73,333.
Takayoshi Kawagichi (21305663) goes from $50,056 to $109,849.

Sure they would be slightly better players but doubling all their salaries for what benefit? They would hit more 3s but also take more while still probably hitting a lower % than my big guys do. Overall I would be paying a fortune to make my team no better.

In league games so far this season Kawaida has taken 10 3s for the season, Konoe has taken 20 and Kawagichi has taken 9. You really think having spent weeks on training JR as well as paying a fortune extra every week is worth it to have hit maybe 3-4 more 3s for the entire season?

Not even mentioning the opportunity cost. If I was training JR I wouldn't be training OD, PA or DR. I know which ones are more important for my team. The cost of hitting those extra few 3s would be missing more 2s, making less assists or being a worse defender, you can't have it all.

Göncz has taken 28 3s so far this season at 32%. His FG % is only 42%. Looks like he needs more JS & DR lol.
