I don't think he was ripping Tsunami too hard...just look at his depth chart. At 23..that is not bad.

Agreed. It's just that at times we all have somewhat over-inflated opinions on our own players. Only natural I suppose, but I attempt to avoid mentioning mine. Only time I think I have was when I was poking Wolph about Tsunami when the U21s played the young NTs, and Matsumoto was on him (until he fouled out).

Maybe he wasn't talking about JS pops but JS training. As you shouldn't TRAIN JS but get JS through 1 on 1 and JR training. I myself think that Rebounding on a LI SF should be at least 11.

Tsunami should train only OD or ID or SB.

Great discussion guys cool to see so much passion.

yo ucan't compare what a player scored in games on completely different teams in completely different offences against completely different opponents.

You can. Their own ratings are their own ratings. Game shape is a factor you need to take into account which is why I stuck to the last week.

Honestly man, as soon as ANYONE starts complaining about *their player*, they lose me. I am so not interested.

Why? So if someone starts ripping Kobe you wouldn't defend him? I am sure you would because you know him better than those that are speaking from ignorance.

If someone starts ripping Tyreke Evans you will probably keep quiet because you don't know him.

I know my players. I know what they do. I know their strengths & weaknesses. If someone rips or drops them & they are right I stay quiet or agree. If they are wrong then I defend my guys.

I don't look forther than my guys in general because I don't know their stats, I haven't studied them, I don't know how & well they perform well. Why should I be commenting on things I know nothing about? I'll leave that to others.

If you don't like me being loyal to my players & talking about things that I know best then feel free to skip my posts when you see them on that topic.

I am self-serving, who isn't? But I am also as keen as anyone to help the nation. It is great that there are so many managers in Nippon who are willing to sacrifice team wins to train young local players, you, me, Wolph, YC, Mizik, Izaman, Hijiki & Man-Month are some of the highest profile. Fantastic!
