If you train JR at 20 y.o., "where JS and Ha, Dri are high", I suppose you train JS, DR, HN at 19, right? So, when do you think to train OD? Only at 18?

It's not that i Train something at 18, something at 19 ans then something at 20...We can mix a little^^
It's always different with each player but i like to begin with 1vs1 training SF/PF if the IS is yet high, to create elasticity. Then, OD, Pa are very easy to train and it allows a bigger number op pop.
For JR i'm not a big fan but if we can get some fast pop in the end of formation to improve the shoot of the player we must take them.
I know it's very different of the italian way to form, there's a few years your U21 coach didn't understand how our guards with only 9 or 10 in JR but with 14/15 in JS, Ha and Dri could score on motion^^

J'aime commencer par du 1vs1 (as/af si le niveau de SI est intéressant) pour créer de l'aspiration. Derrière la DE et la passe uppent très très vite.
Pour la portée de shoot même si je n'en suis pas un très grand fan si on peut avoir 2/3 ups rapides en fin de formation il faut les prendre pour ne pas laisser de gros défauts.
Je sais que c'est très éloigné de la méthode italienne, il y a quelques saisons votre coach u21 ne comprenait pas comment nos arrières pouvaient scorer sur motion avec 9 ou 10 en PS mais 14/15 en JS et Dri/Agi.
