Hold on a sec - didn't you attempt to sell Kishita TWICE, only succeeding the second time? It was discussed in the forums. He's a 21yo MVP!!! He can't be THAT broken... and if he is - YOU HAD HIM FROM THE BEGINNING! No-one else to blame other than yourself there.
Why do you have only 2 trainees (Andou/Mitsukuri)?

So: minutes... did you have him selected as the only player at his position? Did you have all other positions filled (reserve/back-up as well)?
And have you read the beginner's guides?

Kishita had 14 OD and 9 passing to go with 9 JS and 7 SB and that was 4 trainings ago.....he could have had 15 OD and 10 passing by now.....even as he sits right now, he has the 2nd best OD on the team.

Selling a starter during the WC qualifiers.....Rookie move for sure.

Crazy thing is - the other two trainees (Andou/Mitsukuri) are both PGs. Kishita would be a perfect training partner to them.

Other thing: Shinaga? Focus a bit on their secondaries whilst they're young... it'll get much tougher later, and save you a bit of cash now.

For me it's impossible, that player, who was good enough to play one season earlier, after one season of training (I think by level 6 or 7 trainer) suddenly is too weak to play one season later.

For me decision who should be chosen as 11th and 12th to lineup is more important than decision who should be chosen as 1-5th. Because choice 5 the best players is in most cases obvious and everybody will select the same players, so you can gain extra advantage only thanks more accurate decisions on backups and reserves.

Points difference worse by 49 means that promotion to 2nd round was possible. To do it You needed only 4 more points scored in every game and 4 more points defended.

So I had problem for training 3 of them.

It's impossible to train perfectly 3 different players. I know something about it because I had two players trained for U21 at the same time ((23057724) and (25349935) and 3rd quite good player ((24296653) - with better TSP but with worse potential). However everytime when one of two key prospect lost minutes I had to sacrifice training of 3rd player. I think 3rd player with good training (for PG/SG) had small chance to play in U21 but then number 1 and 2 (trained as bigs) would be wasted.

So Your decision to sell 3rd player was only reasonable decision.

There's a surprise: you trying to create drama.
Either you're clueless, or just trolling. Three point guards is a pretty good set of players to train.

I mean my 18 yrs old didnot play will with 48mins. Because that time he had not enough good skill. I put him line up, back up, and reserved played with SFDC also he didnot play 48mins or other 2trainees also didnot play 48mins may be bcuz of 6PF. By right can train 3 trainees if you want. But difficult to control team stats. I need a balance. I think you understand what I meaning. Thanks for your post.

If it is impossible for you to understand, then that means you are not playing with a full deck.

I will break it down for you...my HOF player is only 6'2....what trains the slowest for a short player?....Big skills..I trained his REB,IS,SB last season so he became the 5th best big(sometimes the 4th due to GS).
This season I am training all OD,passing and JR......so it is POSSIBLE that other bigs have passed him up in big skills, and it is POSSIBLE that he isn't the 5th best PG/SG, but he is going to be 2nd string SF next season...
I will let you even see what skills he has....

I trained 1 on 1Fs last week and now will do 3 more OD and 3 more passing and ID during the offseason.
As you can see....he isn't ready to start anywhere.....just think If he were 18 instead of 19 when I drafted him...

Well, I am shooting for 80 by the end of this season. I am only expecting about 12 pops next season.(4 OD, 4 passing, 3 JR, and 1 ID) I am guessing he won't see 100 TSP until the offseason when he is 22 turning 23.

Most def.....I am looking at something around 180K PG. I will keep his JS down to 14ish and get his JR up to 13ish. OD up to 18 and passing to 16...with high driving(not now) and IS he could do some damage. Now Malice is making a very good PG...the birdman already has double digit passing and is shaping up to be something special.

BTW...Asano should get another OD pop today.....look out!!!
