nasubukan na namin yan na itrain yung bigman skills for a guard player the most 6'2", at least MVP potential,and more or less ok naman ang resulta pero madugo at you will not see this type of player until 26-27yo na cya sa NT. sa at least nasa average ang ID,IS niya para maka abot sa sensational-tremendous ang IS,ID niya.

18-19yo bigmanskills to strong-proficient at OD for two pops
19-21yo guard skills kung gustong maipasok sa U21
22-23yo bigman skills to sensational-tremendous at OD
24yo-balik na sa guard skills na kailangan i-improve.


yung gusto na build na PG nina ash at ghazny parang pwede sa regimen na to with a little tweak. train ang bigman skills until 21 plus train passing and OD to profient-prominent. 22yo balik guard skills na.sa tingin madali na lang itrain kahit medyo matanda na dahil sa height at elastic effect.

Salamat sa pag share, i think ang target-goals natin is to produce 2 NT quality players for every batch. With the help of the coaches pipilitin natin na on target tayo to produce high caliber builds. Kahit hindi mapapansin ang resulta agad, long term ang plano dito. Ill start training soon, naghahanap na ako ng prospects peperahin ko muna ang mga foreign trainees ko, then go for higher potential pinoys. Crap shoot ang draft. Sana matuloy yung sinasabi sa bb news na mas attractive ang mga rookies.

Hopefully makadraft ako ng maganda potential. Almost the start of the 2nd quarter lamang tayo as expected naka 2 normal na yung kalaban natin sa mga dating laro nila. Tayo todo pa rin ang enthu, bumaba lang kaunti dahil sa scrimmage.

Guys gusto ko lang i-update kayo lahat naka normal tayo against hk so medyo ok pa naman enthusiasm natin, kakabenta ko lang kay montenejo napunta sa foreign owner pag maayos ang gs niya baka idagdag ko siya at montalan sa recommendation ni lolo sa bigs, sf tayo kulang sa depth iniisip ko rin si halim idagdag pero laging selling mode ang owner kaya dinelay ko ang pagkadagdag, si Jesus Kino-consider ko din dahil ang owner ay matino - minsan sa consistency din ng gameshape ang factors kung may opposed let me know.

Pure pg pareng ghaz. IS nya kung ititirain js/ 1 on 1 forwards pwedeng umabot Yan kahit respectable after na train ang guard skills nya.

ang butas natin sg, dahil after musa mababa ang depth natin - i think realistically hindi tayo makakaabot sa semis dahil 1-1 na tayo pero pipilitin pa rin natin makapasok - may matitirang 1 slot we really need to improve SG/SF positions at kailangan may magtrain na rin ng matinding PG
