Training is a bit more complicated than that, if you are truly training the entire team in rebounding, you would be doing it wrong unfortunately. BB is quite unintuitive. Frankly at the age of your bigs, getting the ID you need might be more trouble than its worth, as ID usually something trained very early in a bigs life. Im generalizing here, but more often than not people train 3-5 people, where really you can only "fully" train 3, because of all the single position trainings (trainings that are most efficiently done for one position a week (IS/ID/OD/PA etc) versus two position trainings like (RB/JS/1v1/etc)

Example RB training C/PF at age 18 gets about 0.61 skill points per week (assuming a 7'0" trainee, and ignoring various trainer speeds).

Team training rebounding gets 0.30 skill points per week

at age 24 (seems like several of your maybe trainees are around there) its about 0.145 for team training and 0.29 for C/PF.

ID right now for your 6'10" 24 year old will train around 0.27 if you train single position (center) when he was 18 it would have trained at 0.57 roughly. Theres more to the calculations than that, but its close and an idea.

the USA discord has lots of helpful people as well, if you need help building/designing your team.

Most skills get trained adjust by player height and elastic values but have additional skill trainings. The USA collected data a long time ago and make some charts. Generally, team training is half or even less than individual and two person training is a bit less than individual.

For example, JS Guards and Wingmen train JS more than JS Forwards and at least double JS Team but JS Forwards trains IS while the other 2 don't.

Just DM me if there’s any specific ones you want to know (or get discord officially so I can send you screen shots haha). Just keep in mind the USA numbers don’t really reflect the elastic or trainers speeds in the numbers , but as Wasco says it’s usually 2:1 or worse and two position versus one position is more of a 3:4 ratio . Roughly.

PA is also a weird one where height doesn’t really effect it to my understanding.

Only thing I team train is stamina/free throw.

I would disagree, but that's the beauty of BB and to each their own. Training tall, old guys in team training OD sounds like a nightmare haha.

BB is a game of economics and efficiencies, and you'd just be better off training someone younger at that point IMO, especially in D3. Whereas in D2 and NBBA, good luck training anyone young.

You could train donkey bigs in the time you are training OD for 4 seasons to get 2 pops of OD on your tall old guys haha.

TBH i dont really believe in training 18 year olds, so far as the most efficient and competitive strategy goes, but it's "fun".
