his Rebounding is low for a Center, but his OD is so low and he is so tall he'll be pretty much forced to play that position on defense. Train his Rebounding until it reaches respectable, then start rotating his Rebounding, Inside Shot and Inside Defense.

His passing is quite nice, though, and his Jump Shot can be developed too. I'd suggest training those skills a little, too. Your priority should be put on his Rebounding for at least half a season, though.

1st guy needs Passing, other than that a great player.

I would correct you by saying BOTH guys need passing. But indeed very nice player at this point.
