For realism I guess, it forces you train stamina once or twice (at most!) a season.

Yeah a double skill pop on a 27 year old Franklin shocked me, but I'll take it. He's now the #3 PF in NZ. The team overall had 4 pops, which is actually pretty good for us. Glamuzina, Matakorama, and Benaud are really starting to come together nicely.
