haha i know i know. But at least this way you guys all get to bring your best game next season to try and turn us over as many times as you can. and i doubt ill be playing you all on the other side at my home court this time round!
i reckon ill try for a 100% run this season. Vigo is already on the raw meat. I reckon the Erks will be the team to watch pacing themselves out and hoarding all that cash. And Protigals my my i like what theyre trying to do with their near all english cast. its going to be an awesome season i know it

and congrats lambaw you will have your hands very full im sure! hoping it wont be too long til we get started but better get agreement from the wife-to-be first i spose ;)

maybe!
however the prospect of getting £1m prize money, all the extra attendance money and then spendng 2 seasons worth of scouting points on possibly getting a good draftee or two and having the flexiblility to train how you want all season if you know you will flop and relegate anyway - isnt that bad!

it never occurred to me that the final game wouldnt be on the same basis as all the others.
well, we'll have to see how next season goes and all the shuffling of players ill need to do in my team once i know how much damage my trainees extra salaries cause

Have you seen the size of my payroll! It's about the same as yours....

I am debating whether to sell one of my big men and then rent one at the end of the season to do that, but there's no guarantee I'd even make the playoffs as Manchester is getting closer and then having to beat everybody on the road is virtually impossible.

If I did that it would be another 2 year strategy and I've had enough of those - probably better just to try to win the division now that my nemesis has promoted...

I invested in the middle of last season and finished the season on a 10-4 run. However i was still nowhere near you guys, i think a good start is key to making the top four this year. Interesting to see the widening gap between the established 11.2 sides and new promotees.

The gap is around 100k between fc warriors/erks and protigals. The gap between last years playoff teams and some of the new promotees is over 200k.

they wont get any tears or sympathy from me. Ive been there and done that. we all have. They just need to pick their fights and get the number 5 or 6 spot. The best manager of them could probably do it on the paltry salaries they already have and rake all the money in for a season, ready for a real campaign next time round...
