The results tonight mean that every team in the league now has at least one win and at least one loss so far. And most of the games so far where both managers have put out their strongest line-ups have been closely contested or at least not a blow-out.

This could well be the most closely contested ABBL season we've had for quite a while. Over the last 10 seasons in the ABBL, nine of them saw at least one team finish with a 19-3 or better record (Season 25 was the exception), and nine of them also saw at least one team finish with a 3-19 or worse record (Season 23 the exception). But if current trends continue, season 29 might be the first time since season 5 that every team in the league has at least four wins and four losses for the season...

Well the current trend won't continue since Urmummas is now projected to go 1-21 unless he buys replacement players... which is good news for the rest of the Great 8 at least since now they don't have to worry about auto-relegating themselves.

Well if Fishy was 100% sure that Urmummas was going to go 1 - 21 for the season, he'd already have several players on the Transfer List
