Why do you want to train Spain and not for example Portugal or UK?

Lord James is spanish, im not spanish, so it means that i have zero chance winning this elections? We are in 2020, i'm a foreign manager but with the help of this amazing community we can do it together, the U21 is not something that belongs to a small group of people and only they will decide who will be the manager.
