11/11/2011 My center pops up in driving 6 to 7 (had the HA on 3)

25/11/2011 The same center pops again in driving 7 to 8

level 4 trainer, last five trainings i trained 1n1 in SF-PF.

And the outside players take 4 weeks to pop up the driving.

How is posible that a monoskilled player is training faster than my SF that is a multiskilled(and not affected by potential)?????????????????????

from spanish news report season 17 part 1

It's false unless i had a bug of speed training.

Everyday this game surprises me more.

1 on 1 and driving train almost as one. If I'm right, you get 80% of driving when doing 1 on 1.

If monoskilled players train their low skills then they train faster this skill than multiskilled players. It is conclusion from offseason announcement.

Except that Your raport is very laconic, I see Your center is 19 years old whilst SF is 25 years old.

I'm not referring to that, i say that my monoskilled center is training 1-2 weeks faster than my multiskilled SF, when it was supposed to be the opposite.

Don't think you quite understand
or else we don't understand you

the 19 year old will ALWAYS train about twice as fast as a 25 year old
are those the 2 you are comparing?
really doesn't matter how many skills he had previously picked up

Monoskilled players train SLOWER only their HIGH skills. They train FASTER their LOW skills. It is described in announcement and it's called elastic effect.

Sorry it was a quick post and didn't post the players.

Felipe Villajane(13124009) monoskilled center

Antoni Pujol (11857186) multiskilled sf

In fact, Villajane is training faster than the 19 year old player and 2 times faster than my outside players or my SF.

But it was announced also that a multiskilled player with balanced skills would train faster than a monoskilled player and it's not the case.

So the changes on training are just giving faster trains for the managers who trained only monoskilled players and now can train their secundary skills really fast. A smart change from the BB's...

his player is not monoskilled though. driving is his highest skill.

nonetheless, it's a 19yo, and that pretty much seals the argument.

Oh, it's obviously i wasn't talking about the 19yo player, but if you want you can buy it ;)

No, it would be stupid. I belive monoskilled player train slower only the highest skills. It's only reasonable conclusion about elastic effect.
I explain it by example.
Please consider two players:
order of skills: JS JR OD HN DV PS IS ID RB SB (but it doesn't matter):
player A: 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 19 3 1
player B: 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 13 10 7

and it works in this way:
ID=19 of player A trains slower than ID=15 of player B
but
SB=1 of player A trains faster than SB=5 of player B.

It happens because if player A trains ID then only 60% of training goes to ID but 40% of training goes to SB whilst if player B trains ID then 85% of training goes to ID but only 15% goes to SB.
However if player A trains SB than 99% of training goes to SB and only 1% goes to ID whilst if player B trains SB then 91% of training goes to SB and 9% of training goes to ID.

In this way it's easier to create multiskilled players and harder to create monoskilled players.
