"Mr.Upset", 4th seeded team to upset everyone and move on. For the 20 y.o. one, train Both ID and OD to 13-14 (My opinion on your thought) 9+,and a pop or two in JS and then put Passing him. After you can consider capping him (If not already capped) on RB. For the second, I would make him a power forward or inside based small forward.. With a build like this:

JS:10
JS:8
OD:11-13
HA:10
DR:12
PA:10+
IS:13
ID:14+
RB:13+
SB:9

And then you might consider Stamina if they are your starters.

Thanks for the advice. Hopefully I can stick in D3 for awhile longer.

The season I promoted was ridiculous. I sneaked into the playoffs and had enough cash to buy some vets.

I would like to get PA up a lot more, just because I believe that is almost as important to a team as defense. I think Ill be adjusting my training based on my schedule though. Or I might just go back down to D4. Hopefully IV.18 again...

No Problem. And Hopefully you can take Andrews spot. He's looking tough.

Do you want him to be a PG or SG? Regardless of that another run at OD after your pop certainly won't hurt him

I would say 2 more OD pops, Some JS (To 13 maybe?) and JR (9-10). I would want 2 more pops in PA. If he is a shooting guard, I would want IS 8. After cap him an what ever you want(PG= OD,HA,PA for me, and SG's are JS,JR,DR,and OD

Thanks everyone for your input.....

I hope I can get 2 pops in OD and 1/2 pops in JR,Dr 1/2 pops, and 1 PA pop by the playoffs. Then finish him off next year to start at either PG/SG. It depends what i run next year. I also have this guy that can start at PG and push him to the SG position.
