I wouldn't train stamina solely for one player's benefit.
Since everyone loses some stamina every week, when you do train it (usually those rare 2 game weeks), it's always helpful.
Though average NBA teams play their starters much more per week then we can in BB. I have a question referring to that: If player's stamina is high, can you play more minutes per/week? I think that with a guy who has prominent stamina, You can play 80 min week. Am I right?This was actually exactly my suggestion, which you can find in other recent threads in this forum.

The two-time defending MVP of the NBBA and the perennial rating leader in the NBBA both have proficient stamina, and it definitely helps their performance.
So basically, your plan would be.
Make stamina effect the minutes per week, so that you could negate the minute managing. To play your starting five (with high stamina) for 48 minutes in three games per week. Future will be 6 player team (6-th man being the injury defence:D ). Stamina plays a role in this game.
It has an effect in the players performances.
Next let's make SB ultimate skill. At lvl16 SB your player blocks 90% shots attempted against him.
The vast majority of the most successful managers have either A) been here since season 1 or been daytraders.
