Based on what? Name me one player who won more times the rebound title on his era, and start from the time that the 24 sec installed...

Wrong. By the time that he was the best rebounder, was the best defender too, and one of the greatest ever on that aspect. He could guard from the Isaiah Thomas to behemoths like Shaq...

He always had/has his antics, but lets not underrate what he had done on the court because of them...

i wished i had searched the transfer list two seasons ago and seen the english draftee that had my name in real life!

his potential/salary wasnt great but it would have been good enough for my new team at the time!!

yep i would have 1 position trained him. Ive done that ever since day 1 anyway and am hoping one of them in particular makes U21 one day :)

I wish I knew about height, potential, age etc. I had a guy called scotty sheridan who was a hall of famer and was like 18 or 19 years old :(

I have been playing since season 4. And the biggest thing I wish is I would have gotten serious about the game sooner. It took me about 5 seasons to get serious. Now I love this game so much I can't believe it took me that long.

I would like to know how training worked, because i was so noob first time xD and started to train young players, too .

What I've learned:

-Scouting is likely a waste of money unless you are going to finish below .500

-Players age rapidly. Pick one player to develop and focus on him. Don't buy a player off the waiver wire every chance you get ... especially young players. Players under 23 lose value rapidly if not trained

-PR managers have dubious value
