Now that LA has everyone back, they don't need him in the rotation. Not enough minutes to go around. Kapono is getting an increased work load and Matt Barnes is back with MWP coming off the bench as well. Ebanks is the odd man out because he can't shoot the 3 like Kapono and can't play D like Barnes or MWP. Troy Murphy seemed to be the odd man out of the front court tonight too. They went with the younger McRoberts getting most of the backup minutes and TMurph only played 6 minutes.

I just found it a bit strange he went from starter to out of the rotation.

Yeah, but it was Barnes first game back, and it seems Mike Brown is set on having MWP as his sixth man and bench scorer. Kapono CAN'T start because he doesn't play good enough defense, but coming off the bench he gives them more of a three point scoring threat so he gets bench minutes over Ebanks. It may seem a little odd, but I completely understand why it happened.

I think Ebanks played himself out of the rotation against the Knicks. His line was something like 19 minutes 0 pts 2 Reb 1 ast on 0-5 shooting. He has to be more productive than that if he wants PT.

So far so good for the Lakers. I hated the Mike Brown hire at first but I really like how he is running things. They just need to get him a real pg and not a triangle spot up shooter.

All I know is if anyone is coming out of this exchange sounding like they are ignorant, it's you. You don't even understand the argument...which is sad. Of course you obviously are a little tike in high school so it's not surprising. Stop writing responses to Stauder. He a big douche( This is the nice way of putting it) and your letting him get in you head is moronic. Rise above it and him because he going to keep being the Stauder that we despise but won't be able to beat on the the BB court. If your straight you don't have to prove a darn thing. So how does everyone think the first(real) game is going to go? I haven't watched much Clips, but they seem to be adjusting pretty well, and that was a nice win over the Heat.

Thoughts on Lakers so far:
Bynum looked great his first couple of games back, but has gotten too passive since then.
MWP had a hot start to the season but hasn't played well recently.
McRoberts has played well when healthy, same with Murphy, Blake, and Kapono.
Barnes is playing amazing.
Pau has been consistently good, needs to step up when Kobe is having an off night though.
Kobe has been Kobe.
Home wins are great, but let's prove it on the road too.
