Nice writeup. I ended last season with an elephantine debt & several players that needed to be replaced. Ws will be more accident than design the 1st half of this season.

A huge statement was made in last nights cup games.

Crockers forfeited their game against a team that was operated by a computerised player.

I guess the statement was that "I dont care about the cup I just want to return to the ABBL"

Yeah that's quite possible, a few teams do seem to go downhill and disappear after having a taste at the big league. It seems they lose the passion after reaching their goal and can't find the motivation to get back there.

If you are going bot you run a standard lineup on normal. If you are going to win the division you forefit & play Take It Easy. This was neither. So maybe it was just a mistake.

But i dont think it had anything to do with the ABBL.

If i can get my 'BB actions to BB intentions' translator working, then:
"Giving away $50k cup money, not banking enthusiasm, only having 8 players and stuffing up their game shape"

roughly translates into:
"Ive spent way too much time with hookers this week"

hmm.......Maybe im using the wrong translator.
