Konkurrensen är stenhård.. tyvärr saknas ännu verkligt tränade spelare där strong och bättre dyker upp på allvar. Det är några få som visat upp sådant.

I princip krävs idag respectable eller bättre på samtliga för positionen avgörande förmågor. Någon förmnåga kan förstås tillåtas släpa om någon/några andra saker är riktigt bra och väger upp det hela.

Som ex; en SG behöver absolut minst respectable på jumshot och jumprange för att vara värd att titta på,. Han bör helst ha högre än så samt ytterligare användbara förmågor + gärna en utvecklingsbar ålder.

Straffet för laget (enthusiams drop) vid petningar gör att verje byte måste vara verkligt motiverat.

Hej,

Här kommer en kiill som har gjort 8,5 i rating ett på gånger och håller sig stabil i den regionen. Center! 25, och jag tränar honom även fast han e gammal. Min bästa spelare. Har centrar som e proficient och strong på flera positioner men eftersom den här kille har rätt egenskaper på rätt plats är han överlägset bäst. Var bäst i all-star-matchen också.
