Monoskilled player with many low skills for their secondaries (example: Atrocious in Passing and Outside defense...) will not experience elastic effect if the correlated skills are close to each other (example: ID, RB and SB). JR or PA has nothing to do with RB or ID, for example.

They will however receive less training if cross-training's target skill is much lower than originally trained skill. That's why the news post said monoskill players will train "slower". They will still train as fast as multiskill players, only distribution of training will be different (more training will go into Atrocious skills and less into originally trained skills).

King, You have forgotten about cross-training :) where 5-10% goes to maybe weaker, or needful skill :) I think training now we must analyze with three effects.

- joined skills
- cross training
- elastic efect

and this will be basis to analyze training pops.

so is there a summary somewhere of all the secondaries that each training type trains?
