Careful mate I know that you and Split J go back a long way together but if your not careful you will upset your friend Split J.

You know he doesnt approve of the likes of you pschologically bullying other teams into giving up and tanking.

Wouldnt catch the likes of HA trying that on with other teams

For those who missed the story could you please update everyone on how you and Split J became as close as what you are?

My momma always told me, if you can't say anything nice, best to say nothing at all. I have nothing nice to say about that topic.

Yoda is Jonathan Livingston Seagull in disguise

Jonathan Livingston Seagull, written by Richard Bach, is a fable in novel form about a seagull learning about life and buzzerbeater, and a homily about self-perfection.

Plot

The book tells the story of Jonathan Livingston Seagull (Yoda), a seagull who is bored with the daily squabbles
(with Split J ???).

Seized by a passion for buzzerbeater, he pushes himself, learning everything he can about buzzerbeater, until finally his unwillingness to conform results in his expulsion from his flock (Div II.3 ???). An outcast, he continues to learn, becoming increasingly pleased with his abilities as he leads an idyllic life. (The big $ in the ABBL)

One day, Jonathan (Yoda) is met by two gulls who take him to a "higher plane of existence" in that there is no heaven but a better world found through perfection of knowledge, where he meets other gulls who love to play buzzerbeater. He discovers that his sheer tenacity and desire to learn make him "pretty well a one-in-a-million bird."

See "Yoda" fly and listen to the anthem that booms out from the Bonbeach Stadium

If I am a Seagull in disguise my team name and logo isn't really helping my disguise very much.

I don't know much about the two seagulls but if one is good and wise and the other is evil and self serving then the good one would be Judge Nik and the evil one would be Bryce Gibbs.

Was this a story that your mother always read to you? it's quite an interesting story. So what happens to the seagull in the end? Does he survive and live happily ever after or the big fat shark snatch them out of the sky?

Yo! Yo! D for D best PF in D Aussie BB. D Name is Kye Duffill (10080211), averages nothing but pure amazing! Vote for Duffman!

I think it is the story his mother still reads to him each night right after his breastfeed and before his goodnight kiss.

Interesting you should say that Yoda, I mean Jonathan Livingstone.

Because the only gull to make any reference to their mother on this board is your self

Perhaps you have some pschological mothering issues that have been festering since you hatched.

Whilst your lack of any breast feeding in your infancy might explain a lot, I encourage you to stick to your diet of recurgitated food and leave the breasts to ViOlator (multiple edits- apologies I got Datzilla and ViOlators posts mixed up)

And stop upsetting Split J

I think that this book about Jonathon Livingstone (Yoda) is a bit modern day and is still in the writing.

I think hes accepted his inabilities and the inevitable that hes going back to a lesser world next season and is smartly "flying low" fattening up his belly with all the $ he can catch whilst continuing his hunt for greater wisdom.

The sequel possibly the first of many will be when he returns to this world a stronger wiser gull and fights on equal terms with the monkeys, supercats, bogans, Koops and wombats of this "higher world"
