I need to prepare for D.III. First order of business, sell most of my team. Then, I get my team of the future.

You might wanna prepare for avoiding relegation first.

This is a very True statement. I just went back a few seasons checked the champions and how they are doing in D3.
Last years undefeated team 22-0 in D4 now 4-9 and fighting to survive.
Season before 19-3 Champions ....back in D4.

Ouch.....I am not ready....damn.....need to evaluate my team and figure out how to get ready ...

Get at least a 10K arena before you go up. And if you do go up and you're struggling to stay out of 7th and you still aren't earning money than it would be a lot faster to tank out and come back up strong. I tanked out my first season in D3, won D4 again no problem and almost won D3 the very next season.

Definitely agree with him with regards to the arena. Money is spent on players, but it is invested when put into the arena. Spend cheaply, but invest wisely!

And if you do promote with the promotion bonus, jack up your ticket prices. The promotion effect is real, it is powerful, and you certainly want to have as many seats in your arena as possible to truly profit from it.

Good advice. But, the other division is weak at the bottom. So, I have a very good chance at avoiding relegation.

Why do you have 15 players? That averages out to 48 minutes per player per week. You don't need to be paying guys that you will never play. 11-12 is better for gameshape and for cutting down the cost of your salary's.
