yeah if you're still training good players that offsets the skill drops in terms of wage/performance.
I'm already wondering whether I'm doing the right thing but even if I don't get Osman it makes a lot more sense for me to find a 3rd guard around the 70k salary mark than continuing to pay out close to 500k a week in wages for 3 guards.

I resisted temptation. Half a million was just too much for me. Though as I said, I think I could have held on to him for a few seasons.

If Muldowney is worth 1.7m I think I'll put Fallon on the market for about 5m. (Fallon is better or equal in 9 skills and one lower in the other.)
