omg i know that i play basketball.

they had the ball for the last 2 secs in the forth quarter.

regardless , it is still not a 24 sec violation if i only had the ball for 2 secs.

thus a bug

What Coach is trying to say, despite his difficulties on writing in English, is... It was not a 24 second violation but it was the end of the period. So, it was not a serious bug, just a wrong choice on the line. It should simply have shown "End of the Period".

But, your "End of the Period" was different than most... Because, you were able to make a substitution. Don't know why the Engine did it at that moment and not in the beginning of the Overtime.

happened to my national team too... we started overtime with Italy, won the jump ball, three seconds later we were whistled for a shot clock violation. ruined the morale of the team. even bb-charles was present but he refused to comment. it's obvious that some judges are paid by some teams to whistle in their favour that issue should be addressed

I just watched the last few seconds. It looks like the game clock ran out before anything happened, and there was no time left in the half at all when the "shot clock violation" message appeared. Running out of time on the game clock is equivalent to running out of time on the shot clock (at any other time during the game), so the message in the game report seems fine to me.

It is a bit odd that there were substitutions with no time left in the half, but this is just one of the strange quirks of the game engine.
