i think with the doc you should take a view aout the "value" of your rooster in comparision to his salary.

In must weeks you will pay your octor for nothing, and when you put this money on a bank account and hire a level 2 doc(i like the massage speciality), you maybe could buy a "reserve" when somebody injures and sell him after the injured player is back in shape.

If you have some important and expensiv player you maybe don't have the payrlll, to buy a new one or the transfer fees + salary will be more expensiv then a "good" doctor.

The PR are a big questionmark for me, because i doesn't undertand the fansurvey and the small ups and down in the attendance pretty well even with a constant PR and in my eyes the PR earns the most money with higher attendance and not with marketing(but even there are a new system with maybe a bigger impact from the PR)

PR manager will increase your income, but to get this you must show good performance to your fans...

if the team running bad it means will decrease your income...

so i prefer to get better trainer to improve my performance then higher high level PR...

I think with only level 3 doctor your player condition will more stabil...from my exp last season

my player get injured in the middle of game...but after the game he still healthy and can play for next game...

happy BB

Thank you everyone for the discussion. Sound like my best suggestion is don't over spent on doc & pr ... at least in the lower divisions. :)
