You get much better results by rotating training then by hammering the same skill for weeks in a row (so you've shot yourself in the foot a little bit
Now this is the kind of thing I was talking about when I opened a thread about a guidebook.
If you read the training speed analysis threads, you never see anything like that, just the like of this:

Trains OD @ 2 weeks
Trains ID @ 8+
Trains HN @ 8+
Trains DV @ 8+
Reading that, I, at least, figured you
had to train Pressure 2 weeks in a row in order for it to be effective.
