I am positive we all get 14 for free and not only new teams id est one free scouting for each season's week but you will hopefully find out in a few hours :)

Couple quick notes....
Everyone in your League has the same set of draftees, but their numbering is random. Player #1 for you (odds are) won't be player #1 for anyone else in your league.
Player scouting isn't just from day 1 of this season to the release of the draft list. For those looking for info, remember that after the draft list is released, there is still scouting THIS season that gets applied to NEXT season. So If you didn't change your scouting until after the season flip your data will be off.
