Train Jump Shot to hit those short-to-mid-range jumpshots, not inside shot. Think of inside shot as things like put backs, post ups, dunks off lobs, etc.

hey i was training OS, it pop up 1 and DR also pop up. is that normal. DR and IS are skills for guards to score inside right??
