I don't know about %, but difference is enough to avoid weeks when your player gets less then 48 minutes.

I agree, apart from game shape, i usually try to give enough minutes to all my players to avoid losing any % of training.

Yeah as a backup though, as a starter he could get 35 minutes which would push his minutes to high.

I don't really understand, so it's written 48 minutes, the player played let's say 47.50 minutes, will he still get full training?

Not quite full training I'm afraid. You get full training when you have 48 or more (i.e., 48+) and partial training if you have fewer than 48 minutes (even if it is rounded to 48).

so in the weekly stats section if a player gets moved above the 48 mins played line will he get full training? or does he need 49 mins?

If he is moved above the line it means he has played 48 minutes or more that week. That doesn't necessarily mean he gets full training though as he may have played various positions that week. You need to play 48 minutes in the position or positions that you are training. If on the 'Manage your Team' page under 'Training' it lists the player with 48+ minutes that means he gets full training.

A player doesn't need 49 mins. 48 minutes and more is enough.
However, on the training page if it lists your player as 48 minutes and not 48+ minutes that means he has not played 48 minutes, he has played 47 minutes and a few seconds which has been rounded up and so that player needs to play a little bit more time to get full training.

Hope that helps!
