Hello to the Philippine BB Community. I am Coach Brian, manager of the phil ballers. I decided to run for our U21 National Team and I believe i have the time and experience to manage our U21 together with your help.

Story: I joined BB in season 8 and I always wanted to help our U21 so we could rank high and be one of the BB U21 Elite Teams. I currently am in League III, and I have a possible U21 prospect in my team. Last Season, I helped our U21 behind the scenes in scouting and mentoring, but since Lia is stepping down, I decided to run myself.

As U21 Manager, I vow to do these things:

Reach Out: We need to reach out to our Filipino managers in and out of the country, and help them train, or take part in our active Filipino BB Community. We need to let them know about the U21, and help them train their trainees to be future U21 players. They would feel good because they know that they are helping our country succeed, and be better than other Countries. All of us want to see our Country to win, right?

Get you Involved: While mentoring last season, I noticed that some Filipino managers did not know about our U21, about why we were recruiting players or helping them train their players. I also want to let them get involved in the U21 like what Lia did by making a U21 worlds prediction game.

Communicate: We need to communicate with others like telling them what's happening in our scouting or in our games. I could make forums that help managers train their players or help them search for better trainers/trainees. I plan to do this by checking for cheap staff/player pickups that our managers could use.
I will post feedbacks before and after U21 games to let you know what needs to be trained, why we lost, or why we beat the hell out of them. :))

With these not only will our U21 shine this season, but also for many seasons to come.

Lia was outstanding as our U21 manager last season. She was dedicated to helping our U21 reach the U21 Worlds, and she did.

She did her part, and know it's ours, and my job to put us back there, or even further in the competition. :D
