You proposal changes the whole concept of this feature. Currently it replaces pen and paper for supporters. You propose to modify it into a feature that spies the training system of the selling team. Most users probably wouldn't like that, and certainly it could not be a supporter feature anymore after the change. It would need to be given to all users.
