Pierce absolutely owned that game last night, hitting every jumper in sight. It got so bad Kobe was begging Phil to let him guard Paul.
He played poorly against Cleveland, I'll give you that, but he had huge games against Orlando. 22/9/5 (on 8 attempts!) in Game 1, 28/5/5 in Game 2, 32/11/3 in Game 4, and 31/13/5 in Game 6 (I was there, he was incredible). So yeah, I'm a bit of a fanboy but numbers don't lie, man. Hate him for being a flopper (can't stand that), but don't hate him for saying he plays poorly.
And the OSU thing was just a cheap shot because I'm a Penn State alum and have never met a rational OSU fan in all my years, sorry. And the whole thing about claiming Big Ten titles even though you had the same record as PSU but lost to them during the season, but that's off-topic.
