I would train OD at least half the season with handling and passing split with the rest.

Yeah Pressure training would be the best way to go. Single position training with pressure and passing would make him a force. D4 is all about defense. A lot of players can shot like he can but if you can't stop them then you'll lose. Avg outside def is low for your next league and he will get eattin a live.

Nicely put. It is almost sad what was done to this player. Why weren't you rotating training?
I have a young SG/SF who has marvelous JS but also Sensational OD. I just rotated JS,JR,1 on 1, and pressure for a season and a half. Good luck with that average OD, I think it will take at least 7 trainings to just get to strong.....peace

Yeah finding a rotation that best suits your team and the type of player you want is key to training and also being successful in this game.

If he trains Pressure PG in 4 weeks maximum he will be in strong.

Yes, that´s my prediction too, maybe 5 weeks, depends on sublevel and he is 20,i train my guards one and two position and it´s a BIG difference
