This game sometime's look CRAZY.. Look at my last game, and look at my and my opponent players...

Height: 7'1" / 216 cm
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: average Handling: average
Driving: pitiful Passing: atrocious
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: prolific ↑ Shot Blocking: strong
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: pitiful

Experience: average


ump Shot: inept Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: pitiful Handling: respectable
Driving: respectable Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: strong Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: prolific ↑ Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: average Free Throw: atrocious

Experience: pitiful

And lost rebounds almost 2x times... against the players which wage are not more then 4000.....

What I can say when ? I think this game engine still have a lot of problems........

Check out your ratings vs his:

Rebounding: inept(low) vs Rebounding inept(high).
So it's absolutely logic he wins most of the rebounds.

Probably you have 2 or 3 fine rebounders but the rest of your team can't rebound at all. You can't blame the match engine here.

Oh yeah, be carefull with playing TIE.

Also I have 4 my players 2 with prominent 2 with profic

Other 5 players who play in match, has 2 awful and 3 other has avarage rebound,

HIS PLAYERS MAX WAGE 5K, HOW IT'S POSSIBLE THAT HE CAN HAVE BETTER REBOUNDERS THEN ME ?????

Why does it seem that every time you lose you blame the game engine, and say it has problems?

Wages aren't the absolute end-all be-all to how good a player is. Sometimes a player will perform well, even if they aren't on your team.

I think he talked only about rebounding.... And he have a point coz I allso don`t believe that oponent had better players on rebounding...

Yo mate, calm down, there is no need at all to use caps. You first need to realise it's just a game.

I think he talked only about rebounding.... And he have a point coz I allso don`t believe that oponent had better players on rebounding...


It's nonsense to say he played with prominent and prolific rebounders. It seems he played Take It Easy right? (the ratings were significantly lower than your last match). So that's the answer to your question.

On the road w/ a TIE, that's going to water down those rebounding skills quite a bit. When you TIE on the road you have to accept that no matter who you're playing your putting yourself in a position to lose.

here might be a valid place to ask a question that interests me....

do the team ratings take into account the strength of your starting 5 or overall roster? i would imagaine starting 5 but I won my last PL game that perhaps i shouldnt (unless someone can direct me to the tactical fluke that worked for me!)

the only thing i could contribute it down to was the fact i had 2 of my regular starting 5 on the bench.... or was the minimal diference in offensive flow the key?

It seems to take into account the strength of all the players that played, based on the number of minutes on the court.

I've noticed this in games I was way ahead and the subs came in early. Then, the team ratings would be lower than similar games where the starters played more.

yeah i thought as much.... now im playing PL games i try to balance experimenting with fielding as close to my best team as possible... would be nice to try and mix up the ratings a bit as your real opponents can get a much clearer read on you if you always fire out your best 5..... i hope that my ratings appear lower than they actually are as there isnt much to choose between my top 9 players and I hope that 4 of them are contributing to the game whilst keeping their stats away from the team calculation....
