boss... you put in so much time into the game.. why not take a pop at coaching yourself too?

But we (as potential trainers) also needs to take initiative and contact the targetted trainees' owners to speak to them about sincerely wanting to acquire their young players (with reasonable money on the table, of course!).

I totally agree. And I am sure with your initiative to point out all potential trainees, the trainers will know to send BBMail to the team. My worry is only that the team is inactive and the trainers did not realise this and keep waiting for a reply from the inactive manager.

This actually happened to Spaz when he wanted to get Shawal (9630050) in Season 8, and I pointed out to him that the manager has been inactive for over a month. With TerFu's help, Spaz managed to get the trainee and Shawal has played a vital role in the U21 matches from Season 10 till Season 12. I am sure by Season 14 if not this season itself, Shawal will be in the Senior NT with Spaz's concentrated training regime.

Not trying to make TerFu's life difficult but I feel that we are at a dead-end already and we have already tried numerous ways to boost our NT team the old fashion way by getting more players via:
1. Introduction to friends
2. MMP program
3. Malaysia Local forum (Lowyat Forum) http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1046036
But these methods did not increase our users by much, in fact I feel it is still stagnant at a little over 100.
The only other way we can help our NT team have a brighter future within 3-5 seasons time is to do option 2 and to do that we need TerFu's help as the U21 NT coach.

Since TerFu has agreed to go ahead with Option 2, I thought I might as well contribute a bit and scour Malaysian BB for homeless kids and here is what I got:

Actually I noticed a LOT of 19yo with good potential but I did not share it as I wanted to target 18yo only.

Anyway, I believe it takes 6 weeks of inactivity before a team becomes a bot, so we should really look at those players inactive since May.

I'm sure there are some buyers out there who are looking for young players to train. If not local, then export loh. Better someone who can take care of them than leaving them on the streets. lol

I personally do not have any empty slots to train young players this season. So I'm gonna pass. Any takers?
