The problem with the 2 guys i see is there is no cohesion to train between the 2. they are both 18 so when he needs to stop training inside skills for the 6'4" guy and train outside skills he will still need to train the 7' guy another couple years to let him meet his full potential.

I am just now starting to train a Sf myself but kinda what I am seeing is you need to start training one a couple years after you start training and inside or an outside player. I am only in Div 3 and that is just my 2 cents but I probably know less than most.

I plan to train train Both of their gaurd skills at the end of the year. I will do this by playing both of them at gaurd on offense, and have them play their natural positioens on defence. (this wont be a problem because my team always wins by 40+ points.)

This is an excample of an allstar that are not even close to reaching the soft cap, and not the best weighted player.

This is an example of a SG that did reach his soft cap...

Weekly salary: $ 59 234

DMI: 346200
Age: 22
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: allstar
Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: tremendous Jump Range: prominent
Outside Def.: prodigious Handling: prominent
Driving: sensational Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: inept Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: average Free Throw: strong

The only thing I would have liked is probably 2 or 3 pops in IS and passing (which if I had patience before switching to talls I could probably get). Other than that, this is an allstar player that is pretty much the backbone of my team. I believe potential is relivant to the player you wish to create. There is no point in wanting a hall of famer with the intent of training to a $30k salary.

If you were active on the off-site forums, you would have known his skills for a while.
*EDIT* - Spelling.
