I think it depends on what your tactic is. Player 3 gives you a lot better defense that this guy so may be more beneficial when facing a opponent with strong IS. This player you listed here is also at inept GS and player 3 at strong so right now I'd probably start player 3 over this guy.

Player 3 is a way better option then that PF as his ID is 4 levels higher and IS is 2 levels higher.
