Thats correct the game is calculated between the time lineups are locked in and the given start time.

This I know. I'm looking more for the calculations with in those 15mins, when a player is in foul trouble or gets an injury, does it re-calculate from that point or is this just part of a scenerio playing out & the foul trouble or injury is just a way of the game getting to the pre-determined score.
Come on, I know why the players lock 15mins before game time

I doubt the BB's will divulge that type of information about the GE but good luck.

Why? What kind of advantage does that give anyone? It's posted in a Forum! It just allows us to understand an element a little better.

Why?
They've generally been very vague about anything game engine related, and there's no reason to believe that they would be any more forthcoming about this.

The score is not predetermined. It is calculated play by play.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

Life is predetermined. Therefore the score is predetermined. ;)

Well if you subscribe to a newtonian way of thinking then even the hardware failures and glitches are predictable, which means that the score is completely and utterly predetermined.

As for a true random number generator, there is no such thing ;)
You could perhaps come up with some argument about using a detector to detect radiation particles emitted during decay of an atom, but that is only something we don't know how to predict yet ;)

Just wait til the 25th century and you'll get a new type of phyics that will explain why quantum physics has got more holes than swiss cheese.
