Isolation always means that you need one very strong, balanced player, as well as several role players.
An inside Iso Big Man should be dominant in the paint (i.e., very high IS), as well as having high driving, handling and passing, and potentially JS if he fails to get to the rim. The Wings will need high JR and JS, but little else offensively.
similarly, an outside Iso Wing player needs to have high passing, driving, handling, JS and probably JR. IS wouldn't hurt either. The complementing Big Men will need little driving or passing, but should be able to knock down Jump Shots or dunk (IS).
