Hes got decent height and you should really train his rebounding up to at least inept or so.

I would do like the others said but instead of doing JS training i would do

JR
PA
1VS1

And repeate that over the season.

I train guards and doing something similar,one of them are potential U21

Switching between one position training and two position training is a big loss of training efficiency. I would rather recommend to train all skills that provide one position training along with three trainees and switch to two position training along with 5 or even 6 trainees as soon as the the first skills have developed enough. Of course its also possible to do it the other way around.
