Thanks Mathcorejay. I'm still learning about how skills interact with one another, with the different positions, and the different offensive tactics. I still don't have a great handle on it all, but every little bit helps.

Sell him. You'll spend too much time and nerves training his IS and ID. Buy a trainee with main skills at respectable level if possible. If you continue to train him, in 2-3 seasons he could be average but by that time he'd be too weak for your team.

Casu is BY FAR your best trainee. I would focus on jump shot and inside D for now.
