Is there an alternative solution to this? Because I'm still getting spammed by the same user despite reporting him through "Report Spam" feature.
you couldn't block him, and we need some time to work on this case.
I believe you already told him to stop? But not to often, else it motivates them, them switch to the ignore(no reply) and report mode.
To report him as cheater is then more spamming us, so i don't recommend it if you don't want to add additional informations to us.
