Yes. I meant competition mainly so that he doesn't get blown out.... but also because OD seems to take longer than all other skills when a player is not 18.

if the reduction of pace for every training is liek ten percent that quite equal when you train the slower one or the faster one. But if you build inbalanced player it is most likely that player will train slower in general, i make a exception for driving in this case.

I usually like to set up an elastic effect so bad DR/HA doesn't drag down OD training. So I would advice after each OD pop you do one week of 1 on 1. It will also help PA and JR training later on too.

If you can't do that, you can do two weeks of 1 on 1 after every two pops of OD.
