I noticed the same things with one of my players who usually plays PF. I don't know why since he's only got 7 in PA but he almost always gets arround 10 Passes a game while some of my outside players who have a lot more get less

It's also maybe because I play a lot of outside offense that might make him try to pass the ball from the inside to the outside making him getting a lot of passes.
One thing I noticed, some of my players have better stats than him overall but he always performs very well even though in the long run it shouldn't be that way ! That's why I tend to think there's "something else" being taking in count

i noticed that guards with higher experience shots way better from outside and gives alittle bit assists more than other players with same skills does. So in my opinion it may be influence of experience

Beside the value of each player Experience stats.
I have the feeling that my players perform better when they are in the team for some seasons. I bought two starter this year, they did OK, but not as good as other players who are in the team for 1 or 2 seasons. Despite the fact that the new players have significantly better stats.

Funny you asked, I have always suspected there was such a thing, only based on my gut feeling and playing experience. However it has never been officially mentioned or tested by anyone as far as i know.
I like the idea of these mysterious factors and hope this is one of them.

Personally, I don't think experience makes any difference between two players with the same skills.

I asked because we had a discussion about it in our country's forum. Some of those who only use players that are purely from our country and have limited choices of changing players always would say that it seems they play better together with time.

While those who frequently change players and are in the top league would say there is no such thing as team chemistry since they are still winning always though my point would be since they are on the top league their chances of winning would be better though.

Watch any match, especially in po, and compare FG% of experienced and young players on the 4th quarter... On my first seasons, with much younger teams, always lost on close matchs.
