true I guess, but even at two position, RB trains faster than ID single position. Not that it matters, cause there's no other choice.

Perhaps, and his 18 year age would be the year to try it. And ID and RB are surely linked, right?

But I'm a believer that trying to set up an elastic effect is somewhat iffy. I think the slowdowns to boosting one skill are probably equaled out by the speed ups on the lower skill.

Still, in this case he might get a quick bump on the ID because RB is higher. And maybe his ID is a high sublevel, so I wouldn't discount you could get a good number of pops in his first couple years.

Yeah, I often am not so direct when I talk. I would give the guy a half season of one position ID and see where he ends up. At that point, the owner will know if the training is worth it, or could probably still sell him for some money.

Looks very good to me, and I'd make him a PF. His outside skills are a tad low to make a good SF, and at 203 cm height, they'll train a bit to slow to get high enough.

But, I'd still get a couple pops on outside stuff. Get that passing higher than 1, for sure. I'd try and get a couple OD pops too, and then some driving and handling pops with 1v1 forwards. He'll need inside training of course. The exact order of when you would do all these depends on your other trainees, and future plans. But he's certainly worth training I think.

Same training plan pretty much holds for both players. Both are great talents and can become terrific players if trained properly.

season 1: PA training, all season long, single position
season 2: 1vs1 training for forwards, all season long, two positions
season 3-7: standard IS/ID/RB single position (except RB which is 2)

If you both do this you might even end up with an NT player.

I plant to train my C on 1vs1 for some time.So i think i could give him some good training time also at 1vs1
