no... just what you usually practice... or maybe on experience, what did you do...

this may be player acquired from the draft, or transfer


i look at the team, and at the draft and then decide if i sell or keep. And i believe must would do like that ;)

kind of. i picked up a nice 18 year old spanish player last season, and this season i got a p.allstar PG who I'll train for the U21.

Train! That's the option I'm a big fan of! I was lucky to get a 8k MVP who led my team to the top-division and I'm proud of him:)

I sell my players from draft, why? Because I can't train an 18 years old player in 1 league of my country. Even in the Tournament (Cup) games I need much better players, and an 18 y old player cant play.

The only option is too get out of the tournament, too loose one game early, but this is not profitable in my opinion.

If i where in lower Leagues, i would train my draft player, why not, but in this situation, just selling them

I'm trying to train players for their NTs, so from Anzic forward I'm not considering anything less than HoF.
