There will be one vote for sure.
As i see this vote will be lonely...
For me it's very important to have a good NT team and also U21 team, i've already contacted our U21 coach, but he won't answered me, so i'm a bit dissapointed. An NT coach must really care about the country and users (not hard for one user). Lack of communication is a mistake what's unacceptable for that job.
Mostly i will consider experience and success. I'm planing to bring home players to Ghana, to train and compete here, when my finances able to do it, so i want to elect somebody, who will help in it.

That's great, vickym. When I was U21 coach I tried to motivate and expand the interest around the team in the Ghanian community; in the end, we got good players, we won some bronze medals and now the NT is still counting on those players as starters. As I alwyas said, in small BB countries the NT/U21 coach should be able to merge with the community more than countries with much more managers, as every single trainee is so important.

Spread the word around, let your friends subscribe to the game; it's the only way to see more good players come from Ghana :-)

its very important as cobra said to spread the bazzer game in ghana so more and more users will subscribe.

I am glad that someone appeared from a small community such as BB Ghana, I mean the vickym.
Looking for new players, young hopes, help would certainly be a maximum of U21 coach, and also the former coach.
Beside me at work would include managers from my country, the largest expect help from the manager of Ghana who must wake up, it will not be easy, if you expect the success of their NT.
I tried to make all managers involved in the work of Ghana NT and tried to motivate them so. Once again greeting to vickym who took part in this debate.

I plan on runnig in the race for ghana national team coach. I plan on searching through the league they have to find new talent. I have a few good assistants in mind from USA league III and IV. I can wake up the community by winning, if you win people pay attention.

Yepp, I've scouted two 18 y.o. player on other teams, whom i'd like to buy, wasn't easy to earn a call-up to NT teams to save them from reitrement.

As NT manager I used to leave 2 slots free in order to save the better players. With so few users it might be a good choice. Then they have to be properly trained, obviously...
Is there some kind of database for the U21 NT?
