My Doctor is Basic with massage and I love it. He is cheap and helps me keep most of my players at strong or proficient for the majority of the season.
I try to keep 11-12 players and get everyone 50-70 minutes a week when possible but occasionally will hit the 80-85 mark when needed.
I have managed at least 3-4 wins this season already against superior teams with much lower GameShape. Managing the GS is just as crucial to winning as having good players. A $25000 player with inept GS will probably play more like a $10000 player or worse.
