So first, train Kolb for passing and handling, for how many weeks?

Then Mahon and Valadez with one on one guards, for how many weeks?

And, from now on, All three players should play at least 48 minutes as a guard every week from now on?

So we are trying to get Valadez to a SF? But right now he plays PF for me, should i just buy another PF then?

Just train all of them at PG (48 mins+, + as is a whole game) for HAndling, until all 7+
and then Passing, until 7-10
and then all 1 vs 1 gaurds to cap all of them exept the frist trainee.

The first trainee should be trained for 4 seasons, due to the other two aging and almost capped.

is it really necessary to train Mahon? He doesnt seem to be that good, and if i only train Valadez and Kolb, it'd be so much easier

Hi,
you can train these guys, but be aware it's just a training exercise. They're behind in their advancement for their age. You could pursue with Kolb, and get two other proper trainees after the draft.
If you play LI, you don't NEVER EVER EVER EVER need to train HA, because you'll train lots of DR and get 66% of those pops for HA as well.
OD is the most effective skill, and training it you'll get secondary HA pops. You train PA, you get secondary HA pops. Just training OD, PA and DR you can get to max. economically viable HA at 14.
In four seasons with noob pace, you easily arrive at:
Kolb
Jump Shot: strong, +1
Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: marvelous, +8
Handling: wondrous, +6
Driving: wondrous, +8
Passing: wondrous, +4
Inside Shot: average, +1
Inside Def.: mediocre, +3
Rebounding: awful
Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: average
Free Throw: pitiful

It doesn't slower training. You can make him a great 9-12k backup. You can train 3 guys with single positoin. It is a great idea and if Kolb ever get injured, you have a awesome backup.

valdez is a funny 1

he urgently needs ID to not be a knob head 4 ever & isnt going to get that from u & he isnt suitable as a sf candidate

i say sell him while u can 2 someone doing id training

mahon is ok as a 3rd trainee if u have some good reason 2 want to train him...but i cant see any

id just retire him to sg or sell him too

kolb is the man

forget some other bad advice u got just slam his od up for the rest of the season until the playoffs & then maybe go to 1on1 for guards

if u must train mahon then do

but seriously dump valadez & get some1 suitable

why is Valadez not suitable for training? he is only 24 years old.

And also, if i want another trainee, what type or what kind of player should i get?
