Hmm i c i c. I feel that there is lack of information or any relevant studies that closely look at the rate of experience pop so I was curious as to how to got to that data.

Someone once posted that one of his players had pops in experience in consecutive weeks.

I had one player that needed around 700 minutes to pop and generally I think 1.5 seasons/p is a good estimate.

Maybe there is a hidden skill that has influence on XP gain?

Experience thats something I don't understand at all.
I have trainee Center 18 years old,I bought this player at the beginning of this seasons.
And after only 3 weeks of playing 48+ he already popped in experience.

he had high sublevel. Sometimes you can draft guys with lvl 2 experience
