Yes I heard that it's 33% too. But I don't recall having a TIE jump to 13 or 14 enthusiasm after playing TIE with 10 enthusiasm. I think the most I've seen was like 1 or 2 level pops.


I'm fairly certain I have, but it sure does drop fast after that.
